The Approach

Food as the first medicine.

Dr. Mark Hyman's Young Forever makes a simple argument: the fastest lever we have on how we age is what's on the plate. This meal prep service takes that argument seriously, without turning dinner into homework.

Every week is built the same way Jackson builds a tasting menu — starting at the market, not the recipe. Vegetables in every color the season offers. Clean proteins like wild fish, pasture-raised poultry, and grass-fed beef. Olive oil, nuts, and seeds where other kitchens reach for seed oils and sugar. Nothing refined, nothing from a box, and a glycemic load kept deliberately low.

Then it's portioned by person, labeled by meal, and delivered once a week — so the healthiest food in your week is also the easiest one to reach for.

What guides every menu

  • Phytonutrient-rich plants — the deeper the color, the better
  • Quality protein: wild-caught, pasture-raised, grass-fed
  • Healthy fats — olive oil, avocado, nuts, and seeds
  • Low glycemic load; no refined sugar or flour
  • Polyphenol-dense herbs, spices, and alliums in everything
  • Organic and/or local ingredients whenever available
